Golden Knights Light Up Nevada Sky in Night Parachute Jump

Parachutists from the U.S. Army’s Golden Knights lit up the night sky over Nevada in a mass formation jump at the Minden-Tahoe SkyFest.

U.S. Army video by Sgt. 1st Class Luke Olk shows the team descending together in the dark over Minden-Tahoe Airport on October 16.

The Army said the demonstration showcased the team’s “precision, coordination and aerial expertise as multiple parachutists descend together against the night sky.”

The Golden Knights perform aerial demonstrations nationwide, aiming to show the professionalism and capabilities of Army soldiers while strengthening connections with the American public.
