Drone Tracks Vehicle Through Flooded Port St. Lucie Neighbourhood

Port St. Lucie, United States – Drone footage shows a vehicle pushing through deeply flooded streets as homes remain surrounded by water in a Florida neighbourhood.

Video released by Port St. Lucie Police Department on Thursday, November 5, follows the vehicle through the Vitalia community, its wake spreading across submerged roads and intersections. Floodwater reaches gardens and encircles rows of houses.

Police said rescue and evacuation efforts were continuing with assistance from other agencies, with crews working to reach residents and help people affected by the flooding.
