Dog Pulled To Safety From Golf Course Pond In Westminster Rescue Operation

A dog named Luna was rescued after becoming trapped in a pond at a local golf course earlier this week, according to animal management officers.

An Animal Management Officer identified as AMO Wood responded to reports of a dog stuck in the water. The pond was too deep to safely reach the animal directly.

To carry out the rescue, the officer used a leash and a towel to carefully lift the dog from the water.

After being brought to safety, Luna was evaluated and later reunited with her family.
