Turkish Stars Jets Paint Sky With Smoke in Salute Over Erdoğan's Park Opening

Türkiye – The Turkish Air Force's Turkish Stars aerobatic team roared over a ceremony opening the Turkic States Civilization Park, hosted by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Türkiye's Ministry of National Defence said.

Footage released by the ministry, filmed partly from inside a cockpit, shows the team's red-and-white jets bearing the Turkish crescent and star flying in tight formation over a city. The jets then trail streams of coloured smoke over the park as officials and guests stand watching from the ground.

"Turkish Stars Aerobatic Team left another unforgettable moment in the sky," the ministry wrote, adding that the team performed a salute flight during the opening ceremony.
