Police Officer Guides Wandering Deer Away From Traffic

Greenfield, United States – A police officer guided a deer away from a street and back towards woodland after finding it wandering near traffic in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

A short night-time video released by Greenfield Police Department shows the deer on the roadway, illuminated by vehicle lights, before it moves towards the edge of the street.

The department said one of its officers coaxed the animal safely back to the woods. It shared the clip on Thursday, November 5, joking that the deer had been advised to stay out of traffic in future.
