Giant Spiders, Skeletons And Monsters Take Over Four Houses On One Manhattan Block
Four neighboring townhouses on a single Manhattan block have been transformed into a Halloween spectacle, with giant spiders, armies of skeletons and towering monsters covering their facades.
X user NYC Photographer filmed the houses on East 73rd Street between Lexington and Third Avenues on the Upper East Side, posting the video on October 15. One house is crawling with huge black spiders and guarded by a faceless Grim Reaper, while next door dozens of skeletons peer from every window, dangle from the balcony and wave from the roof beside a giant mummy with glowing eyes.
A third house has three huge inflatable monsters bursting out of its second-floor windows, with two skeletons by the door dressed in Mets and Jets gear. The fourth features an inflatable Grim Reaper, a stack of jack-o’-lanterns and ghouls hanging from the upper windows.
After dark, the block lights up in green, purple and orange, making the displays even more striking.
