Tartan Army Flood Boston As Scottish Fans Turn City Streets Into Sea Of Celebration

Video filmed by X user Patrick Mullen shows a large crowd of Scottish football supporters, known as the Tartan Army, gathered outside The Dubliner pub on a brick-paved street in Boston, Massachusetts.

Fans wearing blue jerseys, kilts, and casual clothing fill the area as they raise their arms, cheer, sing, and celebrate while facing the camera and each other. The group is packed tightly together, creating a loud and energetic atmosphere in front of the pub’s modern glass facade.

One man in a white shirt and dark kilt stands out on the left side of the scene with his arms outstretched in a celebratory pose, while others hold drinks, wave scarves, and record the moment on their phones.

The video captures scenes of celebration from the Tartan Army in Boston during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Scottish fans have gathered in the city as their national team competes in Group C matches at nearby venues, including a win over Haiti in Foxborough.

The supporters are known for their lively and good-natured presence, filling streets and bars with songs, flags, and traditional attire throughout the tournament.

The celebrations reflect the strong fan culture traveling with Scotland, turning parts of Boston into a temporary hub of tartan and cheers during the global event co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
