Providence, Rhode Island — Thousands of Scottish football supporters, many wearing kilts and tartan, marched through downtown Providence in a vibrant parade marking Scotland’s participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Bagpipe bands performed as fans carried large Scottish flags and chanted throughout the procession, filling the streets with color and energy.

Mounted police officers led parts of the parade past a historic building while spectators gathered along the sidewalks, cheering, waving, and recording the event. Traditional Scottish symbols mixed with Rhode Island landmarks beneath cloudy skies.

The footage, filmed by X user Al Frame, shows the Tartan Army Scottish World Cup Celebration parade held in Providence on June 18, 2026.

Scotland supporters used the city as their base while attending matches at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. The celebration showcased Scottish culture through kilts, flags, and music as fans displayed national pride during the tournament.
