Military Aircraft Fly Over Chicago Stadium During USA Vs Germany Soccer Match

A USA versus Germany soccer match in Chicago featured a military flyover as two large aircraft flew in formation above a packed stadium at Soldier Field.

The video was captured by Jbird, showing the aircraft passing overhead during the event.

The first footage shows a low-angle view of the sky above the stadium, where two dark, multi-engine military aircraft resembling B-52 Stratofortress bombers fly in formation. One aircraft leaves a visible contrail.

The camera then pans down to reveal a full stadium, a large scoreboard reading “USA VS GER,” and a green soccer field with players active below. Fans in the stands hold up phones and look toward the sky. A red smoke or flare appears later in the scene.

A second clip provides a wider stadium view from the stands. The scoreboard shows Germany leading 1-0 at one point, while players continue the match, including a goalkeeper in yellow.

The crowd fills the stadium, with many supporters wearing red, waving flags, clapping, and reacting throughout the game. The atmosphere inside the venue remains energetic.

The flyover is presented as part of the ceremonial elements connected to the match.

Such military flyovers are a traditional feature at major sporting events in the United States.
